- Voluntary Premise Registration -
MCA has gained approval to proceed with a grant to encourage voluntary premise registration in Missouri. MCA Board of Directors have unanimously approved to mail voluntary premise registration forms to those who have not yet registered. MCA continues to believe registration of premises is the best method for immediate notification in case of a disease outbreak. MCA takes animal health very seriously to protect the state's livestock industry and registering your premise is a primary step to accomplishing this goal.

Important Notice – The MCA Points Program will be undergoing some significant changes in 2009. The Missouri Junior Cattlemen’s Board of Directors voted to reduce the number of shows recorded to the five largest shows of the year: MU Alpha Gamma Rho, MU Block & Bridle, MSU Block & Bridle, Missouri Cattlemen’s Association All-Breeds Junior Show, and the Missouri State Fair. The points program will be based on these shows only. Most, if not all, of the shows previously included in the MCA Points Program will still be held. Show dates and entry forms will be posted at www.mocattle.com and in MCA's Prime Cuts e-Newsletter. We highly encourage juniors to attend as many shows as they can!
